Rule Qustions so far:
1. Can the Dwarven Rune of Spellbreaking be used to dispel a Remains in Play spell in a subsequent turn or is it like a Dispel Scroll, which can't?
2. Can a dispel scroll be used by a player in his own magic phase to dispel a spell that his opponent has just cast because of a miscast result of 6?

- Club ruling - its looks like a dispel scroll and quacks like a dispel scroll so it should be treated like a dispel scroll.
2. Can a dispel scroll be used by a player in his own magic phase to dispel a spell that his opponent has just cast because of a miscast result of 6?
- Club ruling - it doesn't say you can't use a dispel scroll in your own magic phase.
